If you are coming from the North, use the following directions from Bardstown, Kentucky: Take 31E south for 8 miles. Turn left on to Monks Road (KY247). There is a road sign directing you to the Abbey of Gethsemani. Drive past the Abbey of Gethsemani and proceed straight through the stop sign on to KY52. Continue on KY52 approximately 1/2 of a mile. At this point, KY52 will make an almost 90 degree turn. Instead of driving into this turn and continuing on KY52, drive straight onto the side road. This is Dee Head Road.
